| In Issue #2 - Peter Richmond's Rockin' Scotland
Our second installment of what has proven one of our most popular regular features comes from the Scottish hamlet of Andover where young Peter Richmond, piloting his jazzed-up Triumph T-100, spent his days chasing speed and, occasionally stopping at one of the colorful roadside cafes that dotted the countryside. Comprised of equal parts mischief and chivalry, the crew from Andover's Coffee House Cafe and the White Horse were riders we can all identify with, regardles of date, location or style of motorcycle.
Readers have responded overwhelmingly to "Ton-Up Tales" for the individual writer's ability to illustrate this often forgotten period in motorcycling history. Best of all, the writers have provided CR with dozens of stunning, hard-to-find photos from their personal archives, images that bring the era of burn-ups, jukeboxes and birds to vivid life. Catch a slice of ton-up history from the men and women who live it, only in Cafe Racer.
